Alessandro Caruso
Owner of “Caruso Frutta Secca”, was born in Adrano (Catania) in the beautiful land of Sicily. After his university studies in industrial chemistry he began his professional career in 1990 at a company in the province of Catania dedicated to the production of dried fruit, marzipan and sugary syrups for the beverage industry, becoming the production manager. In 2006 he worked as a plant manager in a company belonging to a Norwegian multinational company, still producing dreid fruit and marzipan. In 2014 he made the decision to create his own company based in Spilimbergo (Pordenone), relying on his twenty years of experience and passion for this work.
